1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RankTakedown.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankTakedown.com provides AI-assisted SEO tooling: a live-SERP competitor audit, dual-AI (Gemini + OpenAI) content generation designed to outrank a chosen competitor page, and standalone competitor-page analysis. Results are generated by third-party AI models and live search data, and are provided as a starting point for your own SEO work, not as a finished, guaranteed-accurate deliverable.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. Plans, Billing, and Credits

Paid plans are billed as one-time purchases through Razorpay for a fixed validity window; the Service does not automatically charge you again when a plan expires — see our Cancellation Policy for details. New accounts also receive a limited, time-boxed allotment of no-purchase credits (the "Founder's Special") as an introductory offer, which is forfeited once a paid plan is first activated. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's output as a competing product.
• Attempt to circumvent quota, billing, or rate limits.
• Analyze or target a website in a way that violates that website's own terms of service or applicable law.
• Attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any system it connects to.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Competitor scoring, keyword research, and generated articles/meta tags are produced by automated AI models grounded in live search data where available. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic outcome, or publication result from using generated content, and we do not guarantee the generated content is free of factual errors — you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content generated for your account and may use it for your own site(s). The RankTakedown.com name, branding, and underlying platform remain our property.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers — Google (authentication), a live search data provider, Razorpay (payments), and Google Gemini / OpenAI (AI generation). Your use of the Service is also subject to the availability and terms of these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankTakedown.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of search rankings, traffic, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including abusive use of quota or attempts to circumvent billing. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
