Cancellation Policy

1. No Auto-Renewal or Auto-Billing

Every RankTakedown.com plan is a one-time purchase covering a fixed validity window. We do not store a recurring payment mandate and do not automatically charge you again when a plan expires — your access simply ends at the end of that window, and it's entirely your choice whether to purchase again. There is nothing you need to "cancel" to avoid a future charge.

2. Stopping Use Before a Plan Expires

Since there is no recurring charge to stop, you can simply stop using the Service at any time at no further cost. If you'd like your account access removed or your current plan ended early for another reason, contact us via our Contact page with your account email, and we'll process it from our side.

3. Unused Requests / Wallet Balance

Requests remaining on an active plan are held as a wallet balance tied to your account. Ending a plan early does not automatically convert unused balance into a cash refund — see our Refund Policy for when a refund applies instead.

4. Founder's Special Credits

No-purchase introductory credits granted on signup (the "Founder's Special") expire automatically at the end of their stated window and are forfeited the first time a paid plan is activated on your account. There is nothing to cancel for these — they simply lapse on their own schedule.
