Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

RankTakedown.com plans grant access to AI-generated SEO analysis and content — a digital service that is consumed immediately upon use. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once requests have been made against the plan.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund if:

• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment for the same plan).
• A technical fault on our end prevented you from using any part of your purchased plan and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successfully using one or more requests on a plan.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, which is inherently variable.
• Expired one-time plans (e.g. the annual Free/entry plan) that were not renewed in time.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of the charge via our Contact page, including your account email and the order/payment ID. We review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment method used, and may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.
